As the Full Time Express Lane Assistant Manager at Jerry Seiner Salt Lake City, you will lead a dedicated team of Express Technicians, overseeing workflow and job assignments to ensure peak efficiency. Your role will encompass training and mentoring, where you will share valuable knowledge on processes, procedures, and best practices. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Express schedule and coverage, ensuring optimal operations at all times. In addition to managing day-to-day tasks, you will confidently upsell services by performing thorough Multi-Point Vehicle Inspections (MPVIs) and recommending necessary work to enhance customer satisfaction.
