About the Role: This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy. You'll manage the marketing tech stack, build reports, improve campaign operations, and ensure high-quality data flows between systems. You'll work closely with Marketing and Sales to drive demand generation and improve pipeline visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems, with a focus on HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Maintain and improve data capture strategy through forms, ensuring data integrity and synchronization across systems
  • Configure and execute manual and automated marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push), including building canvases, emails, landing pages, forms, and segmentation
  • Prepare offline marketing data for system imports and support regional marketing campaign intake and execution
  • Collaborate with field marketing teams to define campaign requirements, track deliverables, and maintain a campaign execution calendar
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics (opens, clicks, click-to-open rates) and channel health (opt-outs, bounces)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign attribution
  • Analyze campaign and communication channel performance across customer segments and lifecycle stages to drive optimization
  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between marketing systems (e.g., HubSpot-Salesforce sync)
  • Establish and maintain a communication structure to update stakeholders on project status and results
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and Excel-based modeling to support strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Digital Marketing
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Excel
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lifecycle stages, and campaign performance metrics
  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, lead scoring, or multi-touch attribution modeling
  • Experience building reports and dashboards to track pipeline and revenue influence
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing automation systems and CRM integrations
  • Exposure to demand generation initiatives such as email marketing, webinars, and paid campaigns
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for team meetings or events

  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Experience with Demand Generation.
