What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Account Manager to help our municipal partners get even more value out of Caselle. In this role, you'll manage a book of 200+ loyal customers, focusing on upselling and cross-selling new solutions like online payments (Community Connect), cloud hosting, and other modular product add-ons.
This is not a traditional retention role-we have a strong support and implementation team that handles onboarding, troubleshooting, and day-to-day success. Your mission is to unlock growth within your customer base by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and guiding municipalities to the next stage in their digital transformation.
