ASIA MARKET OPERATIONS COORDINATOR


ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Asia Market Operations Coordinator to join our team. SUMMARY: The Asia Market Operations Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the ASEA's Asia Pacific business success by working with the corporate headquarters and local market staff in executing major regional initiatives and providing continued support for each market on an operational level. The position requires diplomacy as a corporate liaison for all Asia Pacific management teams and acts as a single-point-of-contact to secure company resources for tactical execution.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collaborate with Asia Pacific teams to support projects in markets.
  • Coordinate with corporate departments to resolve communication, localization, and technical issues.
  • Develop resource allocation strategies and support Asia Pacific leadership.
  • Communicate global marketing strategies to regional management and suggest regional adaptations.
  • Identify and address market-specific needs (promotions, compensation, logistics, customer service).
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, local staff, vendors, and executives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and standards.
  • Travel up to 10% of the year.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • BS/BA degree in related field, or equivalent experience. Direct selling industry experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, customer service, attention to detail, and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and teamwork skills for evaluating complex business problems.
  • Fluency in a second language preferred (Mandarin most needed, but open to all language abilities).
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and implementing organizational procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage significant time pressures.
  • Moderate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite.
