We're seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead The Charter Hotel Seattle, part of Hilton's Curio Collection, located in the heart of downtown.
As the General Manager, you will be the strategic business leader of the hotel, responsible for overall operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. You'll drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, and uphold brand standards while creating a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and service.
This role requires a hands-on, people-first leader who thrives in delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong, motivated teams.
Lead all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B outlets, sales, and maintenance.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences, consistently exceeding brand benchmarks.
Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance.
Drive financial success through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Maintain compliance with all Brand, Company, and regulatory standards.
Serve as the primary liaison with ownership and corporate leadership.
Proven hotel leadership experience: At least 6 years in hospitality with 4+ years of progressive management roles in hotel operations.
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a diverse team to deliver outstanding results.
Exceptional guest service mindset with the ability to resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, brand standards, and industry trends.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
