Location: AC Marriott Bellevue

Life as an Administrative Assistant:

  • Works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in updating the accounting system with Invoicing, payments, inventories and budgets.
  • Counts and records money drops and prepares bank deposits
  • Administers hotel Accounts Receivables
  • Assist management in onboarding, training, scheduling, and motivating and coaching employees.
  • Other HR related admin tasks as assigned

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a front desk agent at a Marriott Distinctive branded hotel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and accurately under deadlines
  • Must be highly skilled at multitasking and be very organized
  • Must work well in team environment and present a professional demeanor
  • Familiar with Microsoft Suite & Google Suite Products
  • Familiar with accounting systems and processes
  • Familiar with FOSSE PMS & Micros POS
