Psomas is looking for an organized, friendly and proactive Office Administrator to support our South Jordan, UT and Saratoga Springs, UT offices. This role keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly across both locations-creating a well-organized, welcoming, and efficient office environment where teams can do their best work. You'll be the connective hub for office operations, facilities, vendors, and employee experience. Your work directly supports productivity, culture, and the overall functioning of both offices.

What You'll Do
You'll manage office operations across two locations, ensuring everything runs smoothly-from facilities and supplies to events and employee experience. You'll also serve as a key point of contact for vendors and internal teams, helping keep communication and operations aligned.
- Office Operations & Environment: Maintain daily office operations, supplies, and overall workspace organization across both locations
- Facilities & Vendor Coordination: Manage building maintenance needs and coordinate with vendors, IT, and service providers
- Events & Office Engagement: Plan and support meetings, events, catering, and office gatherings
- Cross-Functional Support: Partner with HR, Marketing, and Communications on onboarding, calendars, newsletters, and internal updates
- Office Experience: Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of office administration or operations support experience in a professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and customer-service mindset
- Experience supporting vendors, supplies, or basic office operations workflows
