General Job Duties:

• Greet customers, write Repair Orders and Dispatch work to Express Maintenance technicians
• Present maintenance items and repair estimates to customers. Provide regular updates on service status
• Complete necessary paperwork and assist with collecting payment
• Greet guests, answer phones, set appointments and assist with customers needs needs
• Follow processes and procedures to assist other staff members
• Meet sales and customer satisfaction standards set by management

Applicants must have above average customer service skills, automotive knowledge and administrative competency. Prior Experience preferred. Full time position with full benefits available. Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment checks.
