WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This full-time position typically works between 30 and 40 hours each week.


WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a Senior Account Manager, you're the friendly guide for small business owners navigating the full-service hiring journey. With a focus on long-term success, you proactively collaborate as a strategic team member, ensuring clients achieve their hiring goals with confidence. Monthly audits and account reviews are your forte, fine-tuning job ad performance and applicant flow for the perfect hiring harmony. Discussing ROI on job boards, you help clients invest wisely, maximizing the impact of their recruitment efforts.

Your knack for location, pay, and competitor analysis empowers companies to level up, while seamless integrations cater to individual needs. Collaborating with our other teams gives you tons of opportunities for learning and growth, which is something you're all about. You're hungry, teachable, and good with people, which is why you excel in this role!
