What You'll Do

  • Maximize backend gross through strong product presentation and deal structure
  • Present and sell service contracts, GAP, and protection products at or above benchmarks
  • Submit deals within 24 hours and ensure funding within 3 days
  • Structure deals with Sales Managers to drive profitability on every transaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance sources
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and clean paperwork
  • Train and support the sales team on finance opportunities and leasing
  • Track performance across PVR, penetration, and income metrics

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years Automotive Finance Manager experience (required)
  • Proven ability to produce high PVR and strong product penetration
  • Strong knowledge of lender guidelines, structuring, and compliance
  • Confident closer who can handle objections and maximize every deal
  • Competitive, accountable, and results-driven mindset
  • AFIP certification (or willingness to obtain)
