Jerry Seiner Salt Lake Kia is hiring an Assistant Service Advisor to join our growing automotive service department in Salt Lake City. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience or dealership experience who wants to build a career in the automotive service industry. Our Assistant Service Advisor role supports our Service Advisors, technicians, and service drive team to provide an exceptional customer experience. Pay
$18 - $22 per hour depending on experience

Assistant Service Advisor Responsibilities
Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle check-in
Support Service Advisors with repair orders and service documentation
Help schedule automotive service appointments
Communicate service updates with customers
Coordinate with technicians and the parts department
Maintain organized service records and customer information
Help ensure smooth operations in a high-volume dealership service department
Qualifications
Customer service experience required
Automotive dealership or service advisor experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive service department
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license
