Perform comprehensive inspections, maintenance, and complex repairs
Diagnose and resolve issues using strategic base diagnostics and OEM guidelines
Create multi-point video inspections for customers
Work on engines, transmissions, electrical, suspension, EV, and diesel systems
Maintain detailed repair documentation and meet efficiency standards
3-5 years dealership experience (required)
4+ years total as an automotive technician
GM experience preferred
CDK and Xtime knowledge a plus
EV and Diesel experience a plus
ASE Certification preferred
Must have own tools
Proven record of 80+ flagged hours per pay period
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
$26-$40/hr DOE + performance incentives
