What You'll Do

• Perform full bumper-to-bumper inspections, maintenance, and complex repairs
• Diagnose and repair issues using OEM guidelines and advanced diagnostic tools
• Complete multi-point video inspections for customers
• Work across engines, transmissions, electrical, suspension, EV, and diesel systems
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet efficiency standards

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of dealership experience (required)
• 4+ years total automotive technician experience
• GM experience preferred
• CDK and Xtime experience a plus
• EV and Diesel experience a plus
• ASE certifications preferred
• Must have your own tools
• Proven ability to produce consistent hours (80+ flagged per pay period)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset
