Fetzer Architectural Woodwork is seeking a dependable individual to join our team as a Full Time Facility Custodian. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout our woodworking manufacturing facility, including shop areas, offices, and common spaces.

A clean facility supports safety, efficiency, and the high standards of craftsmanship our company is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Shop Areas

• Empty trash and debris containers throughout the production floor
• Sweep shop floors and maintain clear walkways
• Perform general cleaning tasks as needed
• Monitor shop areas for cleanliness and potential safety concerns

Offices & Common Areas

• Clean and maintain lunchroom, break areas, and other shared spaces.
• Perform general cleaning in office areas
• Restock supplies as needed

Qualifications

• Reliable with consistent attendance
• Able to work independently and stay on task
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in an active woodworking manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace

Work Environment

This position works in both office and manufacturing settings. The shop environment may include exposure to wood dust, noise, and active machinery.
