Jerry Seiner Salt Lake is hiring an Assistant Manager to manage our Express Lane - a fast-paced, high-output environment with 6-8 team members. This is a perfect opportunity for a tech who's ready to lead, teach, and drive performance without pulling engines all day.
What You'll Do:
Lead a team of Express Techs: Help manage workflow and assign jobs
Train and mentor: Teach processes, procedures, and best practices
Schedule management: Maintain the Express schedule and coverage
Upsell with confidence: Perform thorough MPVIs and recommend needed work
Lead by example: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For:
Dealership Express Lane experience required
Leadership experience: You've led a crew or coordinated team efforts before
Comfortable with coaching: You're patient, knowledgeable, and like to teach
Goal-driven: You thrive on performance metrics and team results
Committed: Willing to stay in the role for at least 2 years
Team player: Active and engaged on the floor; you help move the work along
Own your tools and have basic tire mounting/balancing skills
