Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service needs in a professional and friendly manner.
• Work with service technicians to diagnose vehicle concerns and communicate recommended repairs.
• Clearly explain repair recommendations, maintenance schedules, and service options to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow within the service department.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding vehicle status and completion timelines.
• Answer questions related to services performed, warranty coverage, and maintenance recommendations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of services performed and process customer payments when applicable.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient repair timelines.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (preferred)
• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive technology and service processes
• Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK (preferred)
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
