Paid Training & Certification: Factory certification through our manufacturer(s)
Modern Shop Environment: Work with state-of-the-art tools and equipment
Tool Assistance Program: Up to $1,000 toward purchasing tools*

Perform routine maintenance services including oil and lube changes
Learn and follow factory-recommended service procedures
Efficiently receive and complete repair orders
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety, quality, and dealership standards
Must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of vehicle systems is helpful, but not required
Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and manual dexterity
Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the team
