We're looking for a top-performing Service Manager who knows how to run a high-output shop, maximize technician productivity, and deliver consistent results.

Drive hours per RO
Maximize technician output, efficiency, and proficiency
Maintain clean shop flow and eliminate downtime

What You'll Own

Shop production: technician output, efficiency, and total throughput
Dispatching & workflow: organized RO flow with zero bottlenecks
Performance management: holding technicians accountable to clear metrics
Profitability: labor gross, ELR, hours per RO, and overall shop performance
Quality control: minimizing comebacks and maximizing first-time fix

What We're Looking For

Proven experience running a high-volume dealership service department
A highly organized, team-oriented leader who keeps the shop operating efficiently
Strong ability to maximize technician output and shop productivity
Numbers-driven mindset (efficiency, proficiency, ELR, hours/RO)
Confident leader who coaches, develops, and holds team members accountable
Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
GM experience is a strong plus
