The Implementation Project Manager acts as the main point of contact for new Caselle clients as they adopt and implement our suite of applications. The Project Manager works with clients, and internal Caselle staff to create a project implementation life cycle which will guide the client through their implementation journey. The Project Manager has direct accountability for helping both client and Caselle Implementation team members meet critical project deadlines through project planning, outstanding communication and follow-up skills.
