Description

The Implementation Project Manager acts as the main point of contact for new Caselle clients as they adopt and implement our suite of applications. The Project Manager works with clients, and internal Caselle staff to create a project implementation life cycle which will guide the client through their implementation journey. The Project Manager has direct accountability for helping both client and Caselle Implementation team members meet critical project deadlines through project planning, outstanding communication and follow-up skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of client business requirements, and plan implementation projects with these requirements as the focal point.
  • Organize and track project implementation phases and project deadlines for multiple clients who are all at different places in the process.
  • Ability to manage client and in-house employee expectations and demands through outstanding writing and documentation skills in person, via phone, or through email.
  • Set and manage client expectations, and clearly communicate expectations and milestones throughout the implementation process.
  • Manage multiple details simultaneously through project management/process software and organization skills.
  • Must be able to hold clients and team members accountable and on established project timelines in a professional, yet firm manner.
  • Able to listen to co-workers and problem solve situations that come up through the project timelines.
  • Must be comfortable speaking with clients that may be demanding and be able to de-escalate situations where client needs reassurance and project clarification.
  • Capable of learning processes and situations quickly and bringing yourself up to speed on complex projects.
  • Ability to work with members of many different teams whose goals are the same, but whose expectations and timelines are very different.

Experience, Skills, Qualifications:

  • Outstanding project management skills, preferably in a software/IT environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using project management or process software (preferably Workfront, or a similar product).
  • Proficient in MS Office products.
  • Self-motivated, people-focused, friendly and driven.
  • Flexible and able to work in a quickly changing dynamic environment.
