GENERAL MANAGER

Kneaders Bakery & Café – Provo Area

Operator. Culture Builder. Future Partner.

This is not a shift-running position.

We are looking for a disciplined operator who understands financial performance, leadership development, and culture ownership.

The General Manager is the CEO of the store.


Schedule Reality

  • Closed Sundays

  • Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day

  • Peak business occurs leading up to major holidays

  • Weekend and peak-season leadership presence is required

What You Own

  • Full P&L responsibility

  • Prime cost management (labor + food)

  • Sales growth strategy

  • Hiring and developing leaders

  • Guest loyalty and local community presence

  • Operational compliance and execution

You are responsible for culture and profitability.


What Success Looks Like

  • Prime cost controlled with discipline

  • Sales growing year over year

  • Low leadership turnover

  • Clear bench development

  • Strong culture with high accountability and low drama


Who We Are Looking For

  • 3–5+ years high-volume restaurant leadership experience

  • Strong financial acumen (P&L, labor %, food cost %)

  • Experience building and retaining leadership teams

  • Emotionally mature leaders who build alignment, not politics

  • Long-term thinkers
