Closed Sundays
Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
Peak business occurs leading up to major holidays
Weekend and peak-season leadership presence is required

3–5+ years high-volume restaurant leadership experience
Strong financial acumen (P&L, labor %, food cost %)
Experience building and retaining leadership teams
