The days leading up to major holidays are some of our highest-volume days and require full leadership presence

Help lead daily operations of a high-volume bakery café
Execute labor and food cost controls
Coach and develop shift leaders and team members
Protect food quality and guest experience standards
Maintain compliance and operational discipline
Step up when the GM is off-site

2+ years of restaurant or retail leadership
Experience managing labor or food cost
Comfortable giving feedback and holding standards
