You'll work in a fun office space (ping‑pong table and soda fountain included!) with a tight‑knit team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way.

As our Supply Chain Analyst, you'll play a key role in making sure our products reach customers around the world quickly, reliably, and cost-effectively. If you love solving problems, working with data, and improving how things move from point A to point B-you'll thrive here.

In this role, you'll help optimize how our products move across the globe. Your work will directly impact cost, speed, and customer experience.

You will:

  • Analyze shipment data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Improve last-mile delivery performance and reduce shipping exceptions
  • Monitor order fulfillment to ensure accurate and on-time delivery
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs like delivery speed, cost per shipment, and carrier performance
  • Partner with logistics vendors, warehouse teams, and customer support to solve delivery challenges
  • Support new systems and tools that improve supply chain operations
  • Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records
  • Stay up to date on logistics trends, carrier changes, and industry best practices

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys making things work better.

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis
  • Strong Excel or data analysis skills
  • Ability to turn data into insights and actionable improvements
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of shipping, parcel carriers, or distribution is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Competitive pay
  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability
  • 401(k) with company participation
  • Paid time off
  • Free ASEA products
  • Opportunities for career growth and development
  • A fun, team-oriented culture
