In‑Office | Pleasant Grove, UT
Schedule: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm | Full‑Time, Hourly, onsite

What You'll Do (English + Español)
- Take inbound/outbound calls and answer emails from customers & distributors
- Solve issues by finding the root cause, researching, and offering clear options
- Share product/service info and help complete requests & transactions
- Accurately update customer info and document interactions
- Follow up and escalate anything that needs extra help
You're a Great Fit If You...
- Are fluent in English + Spanish (written & spoken)
- Have customer service experience (call center is a plus)
- Are friendly, steady under pressure, and love getting to solutions
- Can multitask, pay attention to details, and use MS Office + CRM tools
- Have direct sales/network marketing experience (preferred)
