About the Role:

Join our dynamic global finance team and lead international accounting operations across multiple markets. This is a high-impact role where you'll ensure accurate reporting, drive compliance, and influence strategic decisions that shape our global footprint.

What You'll Do:

• Own the month-end close and annual audits for international entities.
• Implement best-in-class controls and processes to streamline global reporting.
• Collaborate with tax and treasury teams to optimize strategies and cash flow.
• Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership to support growth and expansion.
• Mentor and develop a talented accounting team.
• Play a key role in international expansion projects-occasional travel is included!

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in international accounting; Big 4 background a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex global operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Experience in direct sales or MLM industry is a bonus.
