Position Summary

The Driver/Bellman plays an important dual role in ensuring a welcoming arrival experience and safe, efficient transportation for guests. This position is responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, providing shuttle or vehicle service, and maintaining a positive, professional image of the hotel at all times.

Your role:

• Be the face of our hotel - warmly greet and assist arriving guests
• Uphold Marriott's hospitality standards and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal items.
• Deliver amenities, packages, and guest requests promptly.
• Provide local area information, directions, and recommendations.
• Operate hotel vehicles (shuttle vans, company cars, etc.) safely and professionally.
• Transport guests to and from designated locations.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition; report maintenance needs.
• Assist guests entering and exiting the vehicle and handle baggage with care.
• Adhere to all traffic, safety, and company regulations.

What we're looking for:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
• Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
