Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, Seasonal Patio Grill Manager to lead our vibrant outdoor dining outlet. The Patio Grill serves both golfers coming off the course and guests enjoying the pool area, making it a dynamic and high-energy environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-driven Food & Beverage professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Patio Grill, including both golfer and poolside service
• Lead and motivate a small team of servers, bartenders, and support staff
• Ensure the highest levels of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Manage inventory and ordering of beverages and supplies
• Collaborate with the culinary team on daily offerings and seasonal menus
• Handle member feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain POS accuracy and manage daily financial reporting
• Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members
• Uphold Glenwild standards for service, safety, and member satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role
• Private club or resort experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors and remain calm under pressure
• ServSafe and/or food handler certifications (or ability to obtain)
