Manage theproduction and baking of pie-shells, pie tops, e-clairs, breads and more. You must be able to meet exacting standards. This work includes dailyphysical activity as you work quickly and lift up to 50 lb bags in the kitchen. This person will report to and communicate regularly with the Executive Corporate Baker.

Work Environment

This job occurs in a commercial kitchen environment with heavyduty mixers, slicers, industrial machines, ovens and more. The physicaldemands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job functions. This is an active role, requiring the ability to lift heavy objects, bending, and standing, stooping, and walking, with or without the carrying of objects. Some weekend work will be required duringpeak times or holidays.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma
