About the Role

As a Facilities Tech, you'll follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer's instructions to install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems across our campus. From climate control in clean rooms to life support utilities and facility-wide preventive maintenance, you'll ensure the integrity and efficiency of our critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, and humidification systems.
  • Monitor and maintain proper pressure and ventilation in clean rooms and buildings.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize DDC and FMS software systems (Alerton, Finstack, Limble).
  • Maintain utilities including DI water, WWT plants, CDA, glycol loops, exhaust systems, and more.
  • Fabricate clean room structures using Unistrut, Dibond sheeting, gasket ceilings, CR lights, FFUs, etc.
  • Perform general facility maintenance, construction, and snow removal.
  • Ensure all systems meet safety codes and documentation standards.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of hands-on HVAC experience with EPA and RMGA certifications.
  • Technical school completion or equivalent apprenticeship.
  • Deep knowledge of high-tech facility systems, clean room protocols, and life support utilities.
  • Strong software and documentation skills (Microsoft Office, FMS platforms, PM systems).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced HVAC and utility systems.
  • Commitment to safety protocols (lockout/tagout, harness use, etc.).
