KOTM is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our supportive and collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative support staff in providing applied behavior analysis therapy to over 100 children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder throughout Utah.

Kids On The Move, Inc. (KOTM) is a nonprofit organization located in Orem, UT. KOTM supports the development of young children and families by "empowering families, one child at a time." KOTM provides services through five main programs: Early Intervention, Early Head Start, Child Care, Respite Care and KOTM's Autism Center.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification
  • LBA certification in Utah; Out-of-state BCBAs will receive support in obtaining Utah licensure
  • 3+ years' experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents
  • Ability to provide positive direction, support, and training to behavior technicians
  • Proficiency at organizing and managing work tasks and schedule, and meeting assigned deadlines
  • Experience developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for ABA therapy
  • Must be a supportive and respectful team player
