GOLF COURSE OUTSIDE SERVICES - GOLF DIVISION

DEPARTMENT: Public Services

DIVISION: Golf

WORK HOURS: Very Flexible Part-Time Schedules. Shifts can be negotiated/discussed in the interview. 5-15 hours per week. Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays. Work is during evening hours. Position available approximately from March through October.

RATE OF PAY: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour. Wage dependent on prior experience as a Golf Course Outside Services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Outside services personnel will be responsible for executing closing daily procedures with the golf shop staff.
• Employee will be responsible for picking up the driving range, washing range balls, stocking the range bin, cleaning the golf carts nightly.
• Will be responsible for keeping the clubhouse and cart storage clean.
• Gas the cart fleet, and clean rental equipment nightly.
• Work closely with the golf professional and golf shop staff and will perform additional duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Include but are not limited to prolonged standing, walking, sitting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
• Must be able to see and hear and speak.
• Will be required to work in inclement weather conditions.

CRIMINAL HISTORY BACKGROUND CHECK

Successful applicant must pass background check.

MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT

Driving record of successful applicant will be obtained by the HR Office.
