SUMMARY

The iconic Homestead located in Midway, Utah provides a luxury boutique hospitality experience and offers each guest the opportunity to return to a more nostalgic time, creating a

classic and inspiring experience that cannot be duplicated complete with newly

renovated accommodations, peaceful conference facilities, an 18-hole

championship golf course, outstanding cuisine, and boundless recreation amidst

classic architecture and an incredible atmosphere nestled in the natural beauty

of the Heber Valley. Homestead has been built on rich tradition and history for

over 100 years!

The Golf Course Maintenance-Grounds Crew Member will oversee upkeep of the golf course by performing general landscaping of light equipment. This includes raking bunkers, using rotary and reel mowers, trimming, edging, and blowing. Oversee cleanliness in golfing areas including blowing debris and clearing pathways. Assist in maintenance of golf carts, irrigation repair, and special projects.

CORE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mowing tee boxes and approaches
• Mowing fairways, primary and secondary roughs
• Picking up trash or debris
• Raking bunkers
• Maintenance of operating equipment

KNOWLEDGE,

SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Ability to walk up steep slopes
• Ability to operate various mowers
• Ability to operate hand-held blower
• Ability to operate commercial string trimmer
• Frequent lifting, pulling and twisting required

EXPERIENCE

• Display basic knowledge of operating equipment.

• Outside 90% of working shift.
• Exposure to both stable and extreme variance of hot and cold temperatures.
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and heavy lifting.
