This is a project-based employee role supporting the initial development phase of our autonomous vehicle platforms. Development phases of this nature typically span up to approximately 24 months, though scope and duration are driven by business needs.

JOB SUMMARY

Scrum Masters ensure their team is able to organize and follow "scrum" and ASI processes. They help team members take appropriate steps on stories so their team is a well-oiled machine, such as removing impediments, encouraging on-task, and helping Product Owners plan. Scrum Masters conduct retrospectives, and schedule backlog grooming.

Process: The Scrum Master's focus is to encourage the team to follow the scrum process and improve the team's efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate closely with Product Owner to understand what needs to be done by when.
  • Work with team members on backlog and processes.
  • Understand and remove impediments to the scrum process.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or other related degree.
  • Thorough understanding and mastery of Agile/Scrum processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software product development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to engineers and management
