Performs the following types of duties: leads in analyzing and documenting customer business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models. Understands how applications work and knows the technical related activities associated to the process. Knows how data is stored, changed, and how it moves through the system wide architecture. Ability to identify, detect and retrieve data, prove out hypostasis or reverse engineer problems throughout the system.
Knowledge: Experience in Oracle EBS R12 modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, IBY Payments, Order Management, Advanced Pricing & Vertex Taxing Software. Experience working in an Agile environment and across multiple Scrum teams. Experience working with other financial, supply chain software in a manufacturing environment a plus.
Skill: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types. Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills. Understands technical aspects of the system including TSQL, MSSQL, PL/SQL, XML, Excel, VBA, coding platforms and frameworks.
Ability: to help coach the team to reach their highest potential. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail. Proven ability to work effectively under some supervision and with other department personnel in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment. Works alongside developers to create solutions to help resolve bugs or create software solutions to fit company needs.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred. 5+ years of project management experience (as a project management). 5+ years of experience managing mid-to-large scale projects. 5+ years of proven leadership experience. PMP is a plus.
Travel may be required.
