Summary

The individual in this position will have a critical role in event production and incentives. You will primarily be accountable for the show experience and incentive execution in North America across three key brands: Nature's Sunshine, Synergy, and qemp.

Responsibilities

  • Field Events
    • Conduct initial planning with Senior Management to bring event vision from conception to completion
    • Full project ownership, including the development of show presentation flow, content alignment, and energy
    • Contribute to an environment that focuses entirely on the audience experience
    • Develop and maintain event playbook and schedule, complete with the event plan and communication strategy
    • Conduct research and identify new industry-leading opportunities for the company
    • Strive to deliver world-class events and push through decisions that are best
    • Serves as a liaison between events team, executives, consultants, and vendors
    • Manage event agendas with the council of key leadership involved
    • Partner with the creative team for the creation, editing, and final product of event slides and assets
  • Incentives
    • Conduct initial planning meetings with key stakeholders
    • Ideate and propose incentive qualifications and plans
    • Manage execution in partnership sales to promote and build energy around each incentive
    • Strive to continuously grow the "My Passport" incentive program
    • Communicate between IT, Dev, and creative with respect to web requirements
    • Responsible for accurate program forecasting and tracking financial information as it pertains to each event and proposed budget
    • Partner with North America Field Program Manager to ideate and continuously update the programs created to support sales teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced event/marketing environment
  • 3 years in Event Planning, Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Events, Marketing, Communication or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing projects to a fixed budget and proven ROI
  • Prior success in developing and maintaining key client and supplier relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to maintain enthusiasm and stay focused
  • Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and a team player
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback
  • Proven ability to take direction in order to develop effective events that support organizational goals
  • Excellent at project management and can effectively prioritize and multi-task
  • Effectively manage projects with a "can-do" approach
  • Develops strong collaborative relationships and cross-functional teams
  • Have a problem-solving mindset with a critical eye for detail and drive for impeccable and flawless execution
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while still setting objectives and advancing deliverables
