WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CONFERENCE CENTER AND HOTEL PROPERTY ATTENDANT

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach as needed
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals

Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train motivated candidates who take pride in their work.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR CONFERENCE CENTER AND HOTEL PROPERTY ATTENDANT

This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule supporting both the conference center and hotel operations.

In this position, you'll maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas across the conference center and hotel. Your daily work will include cleaning lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and offices, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, dusting surfaces, restocking supplies, and emptying trash. You'll monitor your areas for maintenance needs, ensure cleaning equipment is in working condition, and respond to additional facility or housekeeping tasks as assigned, helping keep both properties organized and guest-ready.
