Maintenance Crewman

AT THE

Washington County Legacy Park

FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS

$21.50 PER HOUR

Performs a variety of skilled and regular maintenance duties and event set up/take down as needed for the day-to-day operations of the Legacy Park facilities including event venues, arenas, stalls, and landscaping.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Knowledge of facility maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of equestrian activities and facilities.
• Ability to operate simple to complex heavy equipment i.e., tractors, water trucks, front end loaders, forklift, etc.
• Maintain effective preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of equipment and materials used in construction and maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of safety and risk management practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduation from high school.

AND

1. Experience with operation of medium and heavy equipment, carpentry, plumbing, painting and other related fields, preference given for experience in recreation facility maintenance.

OR

1. An equivalent combination of education and experience.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a valid Utah Driver's license.
• Must be available for 24-hour emergency call out.
• Schedule requires regular weekend and evening work and some holidays.
