Meals On Wheels Driver/Center Support

AT THE

Washington County Senior Citizens Center in Enterprise

PART TIME WITH NO BENEFITS

$15.95 HOURLY

Drives delivery vehicles on pre-scheduled routes to provide elderly with meal services; reviews daily route sheets to verify accuracy of number and type of meals to be delivered; delivers meals and observes the general condition of client with regard to health and safety; may communicate client concerns to supervisor for referral for related agency sponsored or coordinated services.

Center Support: Checks in lunch clients, subs
for MOW driver when needed, monitors and records client activities. Covers for center supervisor when needed.
Arrange furniture for special meetings and functions; replaces burned-out bulbs; secures building by ensuring doors and windows are properly locked.
Sweeps and maintains outside walks and steps; keeps parking lot clean and free of debris.
Performs basic security functions, locking and unlocking doors to allow or prevent public access; completes regular perimeter checks at conclusion of assigned shifts.
Performs related duties as assigned.

Special Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Utah Driver's License.
Must obtain a Utah State Food Handlers Permit within 2 months of employment.
Must submit to and pass a criminal background check.
Must take and pass a pre-employment drug test.
