A day in the life as a Winter Seasonal Lead Server:

Start your day with breathtaking mountain views as you head to the lodge. As a Lead Server, you'll oversee the dining area, manage the serving team, and ensure excellent customer service. During breaks, take advantage of ski-in, ski-out access and hit the slopes. After your shift, unwind with fellow employees who share your passion for the outdoors.

What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Lead Server:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a lead server or similar hospitality role

What you'll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job:

• Dining room operations and guest service protocols
• Team management and training techniques
• Menu planning and food service techniques
• Safety and sanitation standards

Work Schedule & Location:

• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
