This full-time, non-exempt position supports managers and teams through data entry, scheduling, document preparation, onboarding assistance, meeting coordination, invoicing, requisitions, and general office support. The role also serves as secretary to several committees, assisting with agendas, minutes, recordkeeping, and intranet updates.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of administrative experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling software is required, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, leadership, and the public.
This position is typically scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility based on department needs and approval.
