Jerry Seiner South Jordan GMC is looking for a driven, competitive, and relationship-focused Fleet/Commercial Sales Consultant to take ownership of our growing commercial business segment. What You'll Do:
Hunt, develop, and close new commercial and fleet accounts
Build long-term relationships with business owners, contractors, and fleet managers
Customize vehicle solutions that directly impact your clients' operations
Prospect daily (calls, networking, in-person visits) to grow your pipeline
Partner with service and management teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Stay sharp on GMC products, incentives, and commercial trends
What We're Looking For:
Proven success in sales (automotive, B2B, or high-volume retail)
Strong closer mentality with a self-starter attitude
Confidence in prospecting and building your own pipeline
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and motivated by results and income
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Compensation:
Commission-based with bonuses and incentives
$70,000 - $130,000+ typical annual earnings
Top performers exceed $150K+ with established accounts
No cap on earnings
