What You'll Do:

• Greet service customers and write accurate Repair Orders
• Dispatch work to technicians and manage repair flow
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with customer inquiries
• Present maintenance options and sell recommended repairs
• Communicate repair status via phone and text updates
• Process paperwork and assist with payment collection
• Follow established procedures and support your team
• Meet or exceed service sales and customer satisfaction goals

What We're Looking For:

• Above-average customer service skills
• Solid automotive knowledge and administrative ability
• Prior dealership or service advisor experience preferred
• Full-time availability
• Must pass pre-employment checks
