About the Role:
Jerry Seiner KIA in Salt Lake City is a high-volume dealership seeking an experienced, high-performing Finance Manager to join our team. If you have at least 2 years of automotive finance experience and are ready to advance your career, this opportunity may be the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Contracts: Oversee retail, commercial, and fleet contracts; ensure all paperwork is completed at delivery.
Sell Products: Offer extended service contracts, GAP insurance, and theft deterrents in line with 20-group averages.
Build Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with multiple finance sources.
Handle Paperwork: Obtain lender stipulations, review deal paperwork, and submit for funding within three working days.
Submit Paperwork: Ensure finance deals are submitted for approval within 24 hours.
Leasing Concepts: Explain leasing benefits, compute charges, and prepare leasing contracts.
Train Employees: Promote finance and leasing concepts among dealership staff.
Collaborate with Sales Managers: Work together to maximize profit from each sale.
Forecasting: Establish finance forecasting to meet penetration and income goals.
Maintain Files: Keep insurance files and required licenses up-to-date.
Certification: Obtain and maintain AFIP certification.
Reporting: Maintain daily logs and prepare monthly finance penetration reports for management.
Accuracy: Ensure correctness of all paperwork, including title, lien info, and taxes.
Customer Interaction: Handle rate quotations, collect finance/insurance fees, and conduct follow-ups.
Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (degree in finance preferred).
Minimum 2 years of automotive finance experience.
Knowledge of dealership F&I procedures.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Authorization to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available).
