We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of advanced equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving in real-world environments, and building strong customer relationships.
Install, commission, maintain, and repair company equipment at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues efficiently
Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system uptime and performance
Provide technical training and guidance to customers and end users
Document service activities, findings, and recommendations accurately
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve product reliability
Degree or technical certification in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles
Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
Ability to travel and work independently
Valid driver's license
Experience with industrial, medical, or automation equipment
Knowledge of PLCs, networking, or control systems
