JOB SUMMARY

Under supervision, the Pool Attendant will maintain the cleanliness, safety and overall operation of the pool by providing an excellent experience to our guests. The Pool Attendant will have exceptional customer service to ensure guests are given friendly and attentive assistance with towels and other pool amenities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Enforces all pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety of guests.

Monitors pool activity and intervenes when necessary to prevent accidents or unsafe behavior. Provides friendly, professional, and attentive customer service to all pool guests. Performs routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, picking up dirty towels, and trash removal to keep the pool area clean and presentable.

Monitors and replenishes poolside amenities such as towels, sunscreen, and seating. Works collaboratively with other team members, including Maintenance personnel and Front Desk staff to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operation of the pool area.

▪ Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.

▪ Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. ▪ Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

▪ Less than a high school education.

EXPERIENCE

▪ No prior experience or training required.

▪ No supervisory experience required.
