HOURS PER WEEK: Average 40

Wages: $15.25 per hour

Dates Available: Mid-November thru Mid-April (see attached job description for more details).

A day in the life as a Winter Seasonal Cook/Dishwasher:

Start your day with breathtaking mountain views and a sense of adventure. As a cook/dishwasher, you'll prepare and cook meals, assist with food prep, and maintain a clean kitchen environment. Take advantage of ski-in, ski-out access during breaks. After your shift, unwind with fellow employees who share your passion for the outdoors.

What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Cook/Dishwasher:

  • Culinary skills and experience in food preparation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Utah food handler's permit within 30 days of employment

What you'll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job:

  • Kitchen operations and food safety protocols
  • Food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Guest service excellence
  • Safety and sanitation standards
