Turner Specialty Services is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Manager to oversee our operations in the Beaumont / Lake Charles region. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of inspectors, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery, and driving business growth within your assigned territory.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in inspection services, with a proven track record of leadership
• Active and current API certifications are required (e.g., API 510, API 570, API 653, etc.). Please specify your active certifications in your application
• Strong understanding of NDT methods and various inspection techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and reporting tools
• Must be local to the Beaumont, TX or Lake Charles, LA area
• Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
• Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

Functional Requirements:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inspection personnel; oversee all inspection projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and safety regulations; develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and new business; manage operational budgets and resources effectively; implement and enforce company policies and procedures; conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development to your team; ensure timely and accurate reporting of all inspection activities; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
