What to expect in your first few months:
First, you will coordinate with the management team to better understand front desk operations of the business. Then, you will connect with the front desk team and display leadership to create a positive example for guest relations to provide excellent customer service. From there, you be required to greet and welcome guests, tend to their questions and complaints, manage booking and ensure reception area is professionally maintained. As your work progress, your role will play a big part in providing exceptional customer service and strong leadership.
