Position: Automotive Service Office Associate
Location: 10487 S Jerry Seiner Road, South Jordan, UT
Pay: $18+ per hour (based on experience)
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Description:

Jerry Seiner Dealerships is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our fast-paced service office team. This is a fantastic entry or mid-level opportunity to dive into the automotive industry and expand your knowledge of office and accounting environments. If you are a bright, energetic self-starter with a positive attitude and a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you!

General Duties:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivables
• Process and enter data for vehicle deals
• Prepare customer vehicle licensing
• Handle vehicle title work
• Reconcile schedules and accounts
• Post deposits and perform journal entries
• Write and process checks
• Answer phones and provide in-person customer service

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits & credits)
• Familiarity with computers, calculators, Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Previous dealership experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
