Facilities Director (Multi-State, Multi-Site)
- Location: Salt Lake City, UT - Travel Required
- Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
- Reports To: Chief of Staff
About the Role
Jerry Seiner Dealerships is seeking an experienced Facilities Director to oversee operations across multiple dealerships in several states. This role ensures that all locations-showrooms, service centers, offices, and grounds-operate safely, efficiently, and reflect the Seiner brand's high standards.
The ideal candidate brings leadership, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive consistency and quality across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Facilities Managers and maintenance staff across multiple locations.
- Oversee maintenance programs, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate regional service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Plan and oversee renovations, expansions, and capital improvement projects.
- Develop and manage facilities budgets and reporting.
- Conduct site visits to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership on facility strategy and long-term planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of facilities management experience, including multi-site oversight.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; CFM or FMP certification a plus.
- Experience in automotive, retail, or commercial facilities.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance programs, and safety compliance.
- Proficiency with maintenance software and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel regularly between dealership locations.
