Position Overview: We are seeking an Intermediate IT Support Specialist to provide technical support across our dealerships. This role involves managing desktop and laptop computers, applications, and related technology to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
• Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues with desktop computing equipment and software.
• Ensure seamless integration of desktop computers with diverse systems, including validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience installing software, patches, and updates on desktops, laptops, and servers.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting Windows 10 desktop/laptop PCs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on desktop and laptop PCs.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic network, software, and printing problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Good driving record and ability to pass a drug-free work environment, background, and credit checks.
